Orders are are normally dispatched within 24 hours. We offer next day delivery Monday to Friday when an order is placed before 12pm (local time). During peak periods orders might take a little longer but our aim is to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. We don’t like to see ladies waiting for their fab new purchase.
- Delivery within Ireland and Northern Ireland €5 (will be sent with Fastway Couriers)
- Delivery To UK €10 (will be sent with An Post)
- Delivery to rest of Europe €15 (will be sent with An Post)
- Delivery for the rest of the world is €18 (will be sent with An Post)
If your order is travelling outside the EU, please allow upto 21days for your parcel to pass through customs. You may need to pay customs or import duties, once it reaches your homeland. We are not responsible for them. Please contact your local customs office for information. Customs may delay the delivery of orders.
As long as the goods you send back to us reach us within 10 days of receipt in their original, unused and unworn state with tags on and no odours. Please ensure your return is packaged appropriately so they aren’t damaged in transit. Please state reason for return. We also require you to put proof of purchase receipt with your return. There is no return/exchange on Accessories, Bodysuits or Sale Items. We do not cover the cost of returning goods unless faulty. The customer is responsible for the goods until we receive them back. Please allow 2/3 days for us to process items back through our system and your refund will be processed within 10-15 working days. If you request an exchange please state this with the return and we can contact you to arrange P&P for the replacement item.
Online Order Returns to Store
You will be able to return online orders within 10 days of receipt. We won’t be able to refund you for the goods instore, it will go through our online returns process.
If the item is marked as gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit to the value of the item. Once we receive the item back a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
