DELIVERIES

Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours. 

During peak periods orders might take a little longer but our aim is to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. 

We don’t like to see ladies waiting for their beautiful new purchase.

  • Delivery within Ireland and Northern Ireland €6
    (will be sent with Fastway Couriers)
  • Delivery To UK €15
    (will be sent with An Post) 
  • Delivery to rest of Europe €20
    (will be sent with An Post)
  • Delivery for the rest of the world is €25
    (will be sent with An Post)

If your order is travelling outside the EU, please allow upto 21days for your parcel to pass through customs. You may need to pay customs or import duties, once it reaches your homeland. We are not responsible for them. Please contact your local customs office for information. Customs may delay the delivery of orders.

RETURNS

We hope you love your Silk Peaches purchase but if for any reason you would like to return an item then pop it back to us.  Please ensure that the item is unworn, tags intact and packaged securely for a refund. 

We have a 14 day returns policy for online orders only.  

  • Dispatched courier orders can be returned within 14 days from the date it was delivered.
  • Click & Collect Orders can be returned within 14 Days of receiving the email notification for collection.

Items purchased in store must be returned within 7 days

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

As long as the returned items purchased online reach us within 14 days of receipt in their original, unused and unworn state with tags on and no odours. Please note items must be returned within this time-frame and be in a saleable condition

  • Please ensure your return is packaged appropriately so they aren’t damaged in transit. 
  • Please state the reason for your return. 
  • We also require you to put proof of purchase receipt with your return. 
  • There is no return/exchange on Accessories, Bodysuits or Sale Items. 
  • We do not cover the cost of returning goods unless faulty. 
  • The customer is responsible for the goods until we receive them back. 
  • We do not offer an exchange for online orders. If you are looking for another size/style, re-order the item in the size/style you are looking for and your original order will be refunded once we receive it. 
  • Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be issued to your credit/debit card/paypal account. This will appear on your account within five to ten days depending on your card issuer.
  • Please note that all Sale items can not be refunded. You will receive store credit if returned within 14 days.
  • Tuesday Treats/discount codes we do not offer a refund. You will receive store credit if returned within 14 days.

RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER TO THE STORE

You will be able to return online orders only within 14 days of receipt. We won’t be able to refund you for the goods in store, it will go through our online returns process using your original payment method.

RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED IN STORE 

You will be able to return items purchased in store within 7 days of receipt. 

SALE ITEMS

Please note that all Sale items can not be refunded. You will receive store credit if returned within 14 days.

Tuesday Treats/discount codes we do not offer a refund. You will receive store credit if returned within 14 days.

 

FAULTY GOODS

  • If your item is faulty we will offer to replace or a full refund on receipt of the item provided that you return the Goods to us and we are reasonably satisfied that the Goods have not suffered damage after delivery or have not been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or the problem is not due to normal wear and tear.
  • If the item is faulty, please email your Order No & the reason or description of the fault to returns@silkpeaches.com
  • All faulty/damaged items must be reported to us within 1 working day of receiving the garment

 

GIFTS

If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit to the value of the item. Once we receive the item back a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
