We hope you love your Silk Peaches purchase but if for any reason you would like to return an item then pop it back to us. Please ensure that the item is unworn, tags intact and packaged securely for a refund. We have a 14 day returns policy
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
As long as the goods you send back to us reach us within 14 days of receipt in their original, unused and unworn state with tags on and no odours.
- Please ensure your return is packaged appropriately so they aren’t damaged in transit.
- Please state the reason for your return.
- We also require you to put proof of purchase receipt with your return.
- There is no return/exchange on Accessories, Bodysuits or Sale Items.
- We do not cover the cost of returning goods unless faulty.
- The customer is responsible for the goods until we receive them back.
- We do not offer an exchange for online orders. If you are looking for another size/style, re-order the item in the size/style you are looking for and your original order will be refunded once we receive it.
- Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be issued to your credit/debit card/paypal account. This will appear on your account within five to ten days depending on your card issuer.

RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER TO THE STORE
You will be able to return online orders within 14 days of receipt. We won’t be able to refund you for the goods in store, it will go through our online returns process using your original payment method.
- If your item is faulty we will offer to replace or a full refund on receipt of the item provided that you return the Goods to us and we are reasonably satisfied that the Goods have not suffered damage after delivery or have not been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or the problem is not due to normal wear and tear.

If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit to the value of the item. Once we receive the item back a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
